Delivery and shipping information

We want you to receive your order fast and safely. We therefore only work with reputable courier services. Shipments within Germany are sent with UPS. This also applies as far as possible to destinations within the European Union. We ship intercontinental deliveries with FedEx.

Shipping costs:

We ship national orders (Germany) for a shipping fee of Euro 6.90 incl. VAT.

Delivery times:

For delivery times, please refer to the information on the product detail page. If the ordered goods are available, they will be dispatched after receipt of payment within the time specified on the product detail page. We will inform you immediately by email in the event of delays in delivery. If, in exceptional cases, a product is permanently unavailable or only available in an analogue version, we will offer you an alternative without being requested to do so. If the availability of the product is shown as ‘on order’, we cannot make any binding statements regarding availability. In general, however, we are dependent on the suppliers co-operating with us. We adopt their stock levels. These may not always represent their actual availability.

Deliveries abroad:

We supply both private and business customers in many countries within and outside the European Union. Please refer to the following list for the particular countries and the shipping costs you can expect. If you are a business customer abroad and are not based in one of the countries listed, an order can only be placed after consultation at shop@mynotebook.de.

We currently offer shipping within Germany and to Austria for orders placed via our online shop. If you require shipping to another country, please contact us at info@thinkred.de or by telephone on +49 234 3336721-7000.

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional charges and fees may apply, which we are unfortunately unable to cover. These additional costs are not shown on our invoices.

Insurance:

Our shipments are of course always insured up to the full invoice amount.
